Typically, it's easiest to wait until you have the bars in hand to measure them... however, that's not always the case (especially if you're trying to order new cables + bars from the same place). Here's what you can do: 

- Pull your current bars off your bike

- Disconnect the stock cables from the handlebars, leaving cables attached to the bike at the clutch/brake/carb

- Create mock-up bars out of PVC...
